Just a little but about us and how we got started.
Growing up, family gatherings always meant everyone bringing their best dishes, seasoned to perfection and brimming with flavor. The food was delicious. Cajun and Southern recipes were passed down from generation to generation. Soon I discovered that it was not just simply cooking, but the love and pride that was put in each dish that made the difference.
It was from this passion that I began catering for friends and sharing my love for cooking. As the business grew so did the popularity of my gumbo, jambalaya and other Cajun food.
